Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of subscriptions, services, features, add-ons, and other paid offerings provided by NILAYHR TECHNOLOGIES LLP (doing business as "Bluphlux") ("Bluphlux", "we", "us", or "our").

You may cancel your subscription at any time through contacting support. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges but will not entitle you to a refund for fees already paid for the current billing period. Access to the paid service will continue through the end of the current paid period, after which your subscription will not renew.

If you are using a free trial, no charges will be incurred until the trial period ends. If you choose not to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial expires. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the No Refund rule applies.

In exceptional cases (e.g., demonstrable service delivery failure or technical issues verified by our support team), Bluphlux MAY, at its sole discretion, offer a partial credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision is not a guarantee and does not establish a precedent.
